The Beauty Institute | Schwarzkopf Professional Scholarship Program 2016
The Beauty Institute Schwarzkopf Professional offers scholarship opportunities for all students who are eligible to apply.
Information Details:
1. Five scholarships per class and location will be awarded in the amount of $1,500 per student, a total of $22,500 will be available per start date. A “class” is determined by start date. Scholarship awardings may be applied to tuition only; student kits, application fees, other fees and costs are not included in the scholarship awardings.
2. Eligible students must complete a scholarship application form, and if awarded students must confirm acceptance within two weeks of notification. Failure to confirm acceptance will be considered a rejection of funds and students must wait for the next start date to apply for the scholarship again.
3. After applicants have turned in the required information, The Beauty Institute | Schwarzkopf Professional Admissions team will carefully select scholarship winners. Winners will be selected based upon the required information submitted and merit. All decisions will be final.
4. Scholarships will be awarded to the student in the form of a credit against the balance owed for their tuition only. Disbursements will take place during the required SAP reporting periods, and will be contingent on the academic performance of the student during the reporting period. Students must maintain at least 85% in academics and attendance to remain eligible for the scholarship disbursement. Students with academics and attendance lower than 85% will be eligible for disbursement in the reporting period following their return to an 85% performance average.
5. Transfer students are eligible for scholarship opportunities and if selected as a recipient will receive a pro-rated scholarship; 10% of their tuition owed will be calculated as their scholarship amount.
6. ALL scholarships hosted by The Beauty Institute | Schwarzkopf Professional are contingent upon completion. If a student does not complete the program in which they are enrolled, they will forfeit any and all scholarship monies they have received from TBI | SP.
7. If no eligible applicants are selected, scholarships may not be awarded; there is no guarantee that any scholarships will be awarded during any start dates. Scholarship awarding is contingent on applicant eligibility. The Beauty Institute | Schwarzkopf Professional reserves the right to alter, change, or discontinue scholarship at any time.
Eligibility Requirement Steps:
1. Turn in an enrollment application to The Beauty Institute | Schwarzkopf Professional. All admission requirements MUST be fulfilled before starting in order to receive the scholarship.
2. Complete a scholarship application form by the due date for the start date / location that you plan on attending. If awarded you must confirm your acceptance within 2 weeks of receiving your notification letter, failure to do so will be considered a rejection of funds and you must wait for the next start date to apply for this scholarship funding.
3. If awarded, you must maintain an 85% in academic and attendance during each Satisfactory Academic Period (SAP). Failure to do so will prevent funds from being disbursed during each SAP reporting period.
4. Keep and follow all Policies and Procedures as stated in the The Beauty Institute | Schwarzkopf Professional school catalog to continue eligibility for the scholarship.
5. Employees of the school and their family are NOT eligible to participate.

By participating in the scholarship program, applicants agree that The Beauty Institute | Schwarzkopf Professional and/or its parents, affiliates, contractors, legal counsel, consultants, subsidiaries, or representatives will have no liability whatsoever for and shall not be held accountable, liable, or responsible by applicants for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including personal injury or death.
