Creative Cut and Colour Event Coming to Philadelphia

On September 15-16, 2013, the Creative Cut and Colour event is coming to TONI&GUY Philadelphia Academy. This 2-day event will feature TONI&GUY National Creative Director, Zak Mascolo as well as National creative team members, Samantha Finley, Joseph Marzioloi, and Austin Finley.
